Star persona mood board We decided to look at a 'zombie mermaid' look because everyone would have chosen to do a half distorted face or a normal zombie look. I have created a time lapse video of a friend being transformed from a normal teenage girl to a 'zombie mermaid.' The idea of becoming a mermaid was inspired by these looks on the right.

In this picture we can see that there are two very different costumes: one which is very robotic and futuristic and the other that is futuristic but heroic as well. There are a few people who are wearing the same costume where their faces are hidden suggesting that they all do the same job and work for the same person. Their costumes have shiny metallic look enhancing the futuristic robot aspect of it. The other actor who looks like he is on a mission is wearing  long drape over his shoulders suggesting he is from another region than those storm troopers. That actor looks like he ended up in the wrong place at the wrong time suggesting he is a good-hearted  character. The lighting suggests that it is quite early in the morning for these people, but also the setting suggests that this has been set on another planet suggesting to someone who hasn't seen this film that it comes under the Sci-fi genre. Also, in the background, you can see these futuristic dystopian building...

Blade Runner From this film poster I can tell that this film is has a hybrid-genre of Sci-fi/Action because the film poster shows people there is artificial intelligence but also the man seems to be holding a futuristic gun which links in to the Sci-fi and Action genres. The colour scheme of dark blues,greys and bright yellows also suggests to me that this is a Sci-fi film. I think the narrative could be that this man has to go along on this mission to fight against artificial intelligence but comes across this women who becomes his love interest that causes difficulties in his mission.  Scary Movie 2 From this film poster I can tell that this film is a Horror-Comedy hybrid because of the spooky and eerie background. The dark colours suggest that something ominous is supposed to happen to the characters on the film poster. By their facial expression I can tell that this movie will bring laughter to the audience but also give them a shock as well. The target audience ...
